Plane tickets and accommodation expenses are subject to reimbursement, but only with your prior approval. It is important to note that these arrangements must be booked six months in advance to ensure availability and secure the best rates.

We prefer hotel accommodations that are located only in close proximity to the event or shoot locations for various reasons, including security purposes, comfort, and reliability. Choosing nearby hotels ensures that we can maintain efficient access while prioritizing the well-being of all involved.
